　　5. 答案：C　　解析：主句中的necessity 决定从句中要用should do 或do 的虚拟语气形式。order、suggest 、important 等词出现在主语中，从句的谓语动词亦用此种虚拟形式，如：It was important that everybody(should)pass the exam.
